New old stock 9 pin compactron beam power amplifier with top cap. Various brands. The 6MJ6 has a solid metal rod that goes through the top glass and functions as the top plate connection, whereas the 6JE6C / 6LQ6 have the top cap soldered to a wire lead that comes up through the glass. Otherwise the tubes are identical and interchangeable.
