Shipping and Handling Charges

Most tubes are shipped via the US Postal Service by Priority Mail. Shipping and handling is a minimum of $7.00 for US orders and covers up to 6 tubes. Add $0.25 for each additional tube. Large tubes count as two tubes (we’ll let you judge). Canadian addresses add $1 per order. Contact us for shipping rates outside the US and Canada. We will ship COD within the US, but there is a minimum COD fee of $6.00. We encourage insurance, but this is the responsibility of the buyer.
We also have accounts with FedEx, UPS, and DHL. We can quote these services if you prefer them. We can also ship on your account, but add a minimum $3 handling charge for packing and packaging.

Payment
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB), cash, checks, and money orders. Make checks and money orders payable to “Vacuum Tubes, Inc”. Foreign customers can pay by credit card, a check drawn on a US bank, international postal money order, or wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions are available on request, and the wire transfer fee is $30.00. We also accept PayPal. If paying by PayPal, domestic customers add a 3% fee and foreign customers add a 6% fee to the total to cover PayPal’s charges. Our PayPal ID is jim@vacuumtubesinc.com. On PayPal orders, you will need to go to PayPal and send payment after you submit your order form. Otherwise, we will send you a PayPal invoice.

Foreign Orders
We welcome orders from outside the US, and we have shipped to over 60 countries so far. Note that customs declarations on shipments outside the US will show the actual sales value. We are often asked to declare a lower value on the Customs forms, but it is illegal for us to falsify these forms. It is our policy to declare the actual sales prices on these forms.
